Used Car Technician

About the role

North Florida Lincoln is seeking Quick lube and Used car Technicians to join their team. As a family-owned and operated business since 1943, they pride themselves on providing a supportive environment in the Jacksonville community.

Responsibilities

• Performing oil changes, quick lubes, and used car inspections efficiently
• Handling light duty repair work such as wipers, air & cabin filters, and battery testing
• Conducting multi-point inspections and video inspections
• Completing 200 point CPO used car inspections
• Performing minor recall repairs
• Providing service advisors with estimates of additional repairs needed
• Maintaining a clean work area at all times
• Being reliable and punctual

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an Oil Change Technician preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Pass a drug and background check
• Ability to read and understand written instructions and information
• Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learner with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ensuring customer vehicles are kept clean and respected
• Helpful team player
• Maintain a neat, clean, and orderly work station

Schedule

Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 to 4:30, with rotation on Saturdays from 8 to 4.
