About the Role

Join a high-performing team in our state-of-the-art facility featuring over 30 service bays. You will collaborate with a supportive, expert crew of 40+ Certified Technicians in a professional environment that prioritizes craftsmanship, career growth, and technical excellence. Reports to Shop Foreman / Production Manager and Fixed Ops Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on both domestic and import vehicles.
• Diagnose vehicle issues and complete repairs safely.
• Test-drive vehicles to ensure quality repairs.
• Track time and document all work performed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and return vehicles clean.
• Complete required training and maintain certifications.
• Stay current on technical updates and manufacturer information.
• Communicate effectively to support customer satisfaction.
• Report any safety, ethical, or operational concerns to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an automotive technician (domestic or import preferred).
• Proficient technical skills in steering, suspension, brakes, and engine diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• ASE certifications are a strong plus.

Pay

$25.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on a flat-rate compensation structure.

Schedule

Full-time role; candidates must have open availability to work on Saturdays.
