About the Role
The Lead is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a team or department. This role involves managing workflow, ensuring quality and efficiency, providing guidance and support to team members, and maintaining adherence to safety and operational standards. The Lead assists in overseeing the safety culture and production of the department and ensures team members follow the production schedule. Effective communication with team members and managers is essential.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily team or department operations.
- Manage workflow and ensure quality and efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain adherence to safety and operational standards.
- Assist in overseeing the safety culture and production of the department.
- Ensure team members follow the production schedule.
- Communicate effectively with team members and managers.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must be able to work in a humid, cold, wet, or slippery surface at varied heights in and around moving equipment and parts with the use of personal protective equipment (P.P.E).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience/knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
- Previous knife experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills

- Ability to work safely, wear P.P.E, and follow instructions.
