Responsibilities

• Aid in on-court player development during practices and individual workouts.
• Support during home and away games, including pre-game and in-game duties.
• Assist with film breakdown and scouting reports.
• Contribute to the overall administrative tasks of the program, such as equipment management and facility setup.
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Qualifications

• A strong passion for basketball and a solid understanding of the game.
• Previous playing or coaching experience at the collegiate level is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong work ethic, reliable, and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by practice and game schedules.
