Usability Researcher 1

About the role

Conduct research on user opinions and experience of product features, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Design and evaluate methods for data collection, including surveys, interviews, and testing. Gather competitive landscape data to understand user perceptions and experiences. Assess the effectiveness of in-product user experiences and propose improvements. Report key findings and work with teams to implement product enhancements based on research insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Psychology, or a related field
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in user research or usability testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with research methods, data analysis, and leveraging AI tools for research purposes
