(USA) Technician, Refrigeration/HVAC

Position Summary

Walmart is expanding its workforce across local retail stores and is actively recruiting Supermarket Rack Refrigeration HVAC Technicians. If you have relevant experience, join our team and contribute to enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our facilities to the highest standards.

What you'll do...

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility's Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets by utilizing commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills and using hand tools, digital tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete jobs.
• Utilize the work order management system to receive repair Work Orders to support Stores and Store associates and document repair activities.
• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.
• Complete all required training requirements to operate equipment and tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Environmental Protection Agency regulations and guidelines by performing work according to practices and procedures outlined in the Walmart Refrigeration HVAC safety policy and environmental guidelines.
• Lift up to 75 pounds, move up and down ladders, and comfortably work at heights frequently.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $45.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
