Position Summary

As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services at Walmart, you'll operate and maintain pressure washing equipment to keep retail locations clean and attractive.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate areas to be cleaned and set appropriate pressure levels and temperatures
• Remove dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces
• Respond to work order requests and maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation
• Conduct safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment
• Perform other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry
• Valid, state-issued driver's license
• Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant certifications in power washing or facility maintenance (preferred)

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $42.00. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Schedule

Alternative shifts including overnight and weekends are required.
