Responsibilities
- Conduct ground maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Perform mowing, trimming, and pruning to ensure the exterior environment remains pristine.
- Work alongside fellow associates to manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance.
- Adhere to stringent safety, security, and integrity protocols, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements at local, federal, and state levels.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping.
- 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.
- 18 years of age or older.
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or related area.
- Experience in third-party management.
- Experience using intermediate level functionality of word processing, spreadsheet, email, and presentation software (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- State/local licensing where required (e.g., Florida, Texas, California).

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (e.g., based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
