What you'll do
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis to prioritize product needs.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance.
- Mentor product managers on best practices in roadmap development, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify emerging technology opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance product delivery.
What you'll bring
- Proven experience leading product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex or multiple related products.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
- Deep understanding of customer needs through structured research, journey mapping, and feedback synthesis.
- Ability to define clear product vision, KPIs, and go-to-market strategies aligned with business outcomes.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and AI-powered feature evaluation in partnership with engineering teams.
- Demonstrated skill in mentoring product managers and driving continuous process improvements.

The Cross-border team drives seamless global shopping on Walmart eCommerce by developing impactful product strategies and roadmaps. Operating within a complex, cross-functional environment, the team collaborates closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions through data-driven decision making and emerging technologies. Focused on understanding customer needs and market trends, the team shapes product direction and ensures successful execution. Members contribute to advancing product leadership and operational excellence, fostering accountability and continuous improvement while delivering measurable business outcomes across global markets.
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.

- The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
