Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, project, business, and user experience teams to develop high-level designs during project discovery phases.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production and business issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Translate project requirements into technical solutions, write and test code, and ensure timely delivery of software components.
- Influence technical direction within the team while fostering knowledge sharing and engineering excellence.
- Develop and execute automated scripts for CI/CD processes and implement telemetry features to monitor application performance.
- Conduct comprehensive testing, defect management, and continuous improvement to maintain high-quality software standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming and coding languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#.
- Expertise in debugging, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
- Knowledge of API design, platform development, and component services.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and quality outcomes.
- Familiarity with telemetry implementation and software performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 2 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area.
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience supporting an inclusive culture.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may also include stock and regional pay zone adjustments based on location.
