Responsibilities
- Design and implement software solutions adhering to coding standards.
- Test code to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Monitor and fix bugs in a timely manner.
- Recommend improvements to the shared codebase.
- Document complex software components and add code comments as needed.
Requirements
- Strong development experience in a commercial setting.
- Proficiency in .Net and C#, with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Experience working with databases like MongoDB or NoSQL.
- Skilled in building microservices and working with cloud technologies, especially AWS.
- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and performance tune software code.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area.
- 3 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience supporting an inclusive culture.

Pay
Annual salary ranges:
- Seattle, Washington: $96,000.00 - $186,000.00
- Denver, Colorado: $88,000.00 - $171,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
