(USA) Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, Central Fill, Health and Wellness Central Operations - Health and Wellness

Position Summary

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized pharmacy focused on processing and dispensing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. As a Shipping and Receiving associate, you will manage product deliveries, maintain inventory, and pack and ship pharmacy products.

What you'll do...

• Maintains sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes and locations, and rearranging units.
• Moves, lifts, carries, and places merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Prepares, reviews, and verifies receiving documentation and reports; processes, counts, separates, and scans product; operates computer software to track and identify product; unloads product from trailers; organizes inventory; and maintains records, logs, and forms.
• Manages inventory quality, accuracy, and integrity by removing damaged or expired product, identifying discrepancies, and reporting issues.
• Completes work assignments by following policies, collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers, and addressing improvement opportunities.
• Packs prescriptions, places them on conveyors, packs temperature-sensitive medications, ensures supplies are included, stocks workstations, processes and labels shipments, and completes paperwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in shipping and receiving
• 1 year experience in inventory control
