What you'll do
Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies to drive long-term business growth and profitability.
Manage profit and loss responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to meet targets.
Lead supplier negotiations, establish terms, and monitor performance to ensure optimal partnerships and pricing.
Oversee assortment planning, modular layouts, and item lifecycle management to align with customer needs and business goals.
Guide and develop team members through coaching, performance management, and career development initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align channel strategies and support omni-channel customer experiences.
Utilize data analytics to inform decisions, optimize pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
What you'll bring
Proven expertise in category management, merchandising, and supplier negotiations within complex retail environments.
Strong financial management skills, including profit and loss ownership, budgeting, and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, driving engagement and performance.
Experience leveraging data analytics and digital tools to inform strategic decisions and optimize category performance.
Ability to develop and execute comprehensive category and channel strategies aligned with business objectives.
Skilled in managing supplier relationships, contract terms, and performance metrics to ensure operational excellence.
Commitment to delivering customer-centric solutions and maintaining high ethical standards.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising or related field and 4 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
OR 6 years’ experience in merchandising, buying, financial planning, operations, or related area.
1 years’ supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Masters: Business, Masters: Merchandising.

Annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00.
