(USA) Risk Expert III
Position Summary
The (USA) Risk Expert III plays a critical role in shaping the company's technology and information security policies. As a contributor to our Global Tech Policy 2.0 initiative, you will help improve the policy and controls management program by evaluating existing practices, identifying risk and compliance gaps, and supporting practical improvements across the policy lifecycle. You will use AI and automation tools to improve efficiency in the development, authoring, and revision of technology and information security policies. Your work will help ensure our policies protect the company, support global adoption, and remain effective in a rapidly evolving technology landscape.
What you'll do
Develop, update, and quality-check technology, AI, and information security policies and standards aligned to internal requirements, industry frameworks, and Global Tech priorities.
Support policy governance by maintaining ownership details, RACI inputs, metadata, intake requests, exception workflows, and related documentation.
Maintain risk assessments, risk registers, and remediation tracking for technology, AI, and information security policy initiatives.
Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, AI Security, Data Governance, Audit, technical teams, and business stakeholders to align and implement policy expectations.
Translate complex risk and compliance requirements into clear guidance, improve workflows, and monitor emerging trends to recommend timely policy updates.

The team collaborates across functions to identify risks, strengthen governance, and enhance security measures. Members apply expertise in risk management, stakeholder engagement, and cyber security to protect operations and support innovation. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information assurance, law, risk management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in risk, policy, information security, compliance, or governance.
Strong understanding of technology compliance standards, control expectations, emerging risks, and policy or standards development.
Experience supporting governance operations, process improvement, workflow implementation, quality control, and practical risk mitigation.
Familiarity with technology environments, AI, automation, or governance tools.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Security+, GISF, GSEC, CISA, CISSP, or CCSP.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related area.

Pay and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
