(USA) Principal, Talent Sourcer- Executive Talent Acquisition
Position Summary
Lead proactive sourcing for VP+ officer roles across the business, managing longlisting, research, and outreach. Serve as a first point of contact for executive candidates - conducting thoughtful outreach and early assessments. Build and maintain pipelines for critical roles and future leadership needs, partnering closely with Talent Management on identifying gaps through succession planning. Deliver market insights, talent intelligence, and competitor research that inform executive recruiting strategies. Keep candidate pipelines and activity updated in CRM tools like Avature, ensuring alignment across the team. Collaborate closely with Executive Recruiters, Project Managers and cross-functional partners throughout each search.
What you'll do

What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of experience sourcing executive or senior leadership talent, ideally within a Fortune 100 company or global executive search firm
- Strong research and market mapping capabilities, with experience delivering talent insights
- The ability to build credibility and trust with senior leaders and candidates alike
- A strategic, analytical mindset with the judgment to manage confidential relationships with care
- Proficiency with sourcing tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Avature, and others

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related area and 3 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition or other related area.
- Option 2: 5 years' experience in candidate sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition in a staffing agency or corporate environment. 1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Cross-functional project management
- Using social media (for example, LinkedIn, Facebook) to conduct internet-based candidate sourcing
