(USA) Principal, Systems and Infrastructure Engineer, Information Security
Position Summary
The Principal, Systems & Infrastructure Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of internal security tooling and automation solutions that accelerate the OT/IoT security program. This role is primarily hands-on software engineering and CI/CD ownership — building the platforms, pipelines, and integrations that enable the team to operate at scale.
What you'll do
Design, build, and maintain internal security tooling, dashboards, and automation solutions that support the OT/IoT security program
Own end-to-end CI/CD pipeline architecture and operations for the team’s applications — including pipeline design, build automation, environment promotion, and release management
Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that integrate security platforms (asset management, vulnerability tracking, compliance reporting) with enterprise data sources
Define and enforce software development standards for the team: branching strategy, code review process, testing requirements, and deployment gates
Collaborate with security analysts and engineers to translate operational needs into maintainable, production-quality software
Provide technical mentorship to team members; drive adoption of engineering best practices

Minimum Qualifications
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area and 5 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Security+, GISF, CISSP, CCSP, or GSEC
Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity or related area and 3 years’ experience leading information security or cybersecurity projects

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock
