Responsibilities

• Lead platform engineering efforts by delivering scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and cloud-native architectures aligned with strategic roadmaps.
• Build and deploy scalable, production Agentic AI solutions to automate complex workflows across business-critical applications.
• Architect and integrate AI/ML-enhanced applications to support millions of users, applying model-driven design and advanced development tools.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural decisions and promoting engineering excellence and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements, measure success metrics, and ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives.
• Foster continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and product performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable and reliable cloud-native architectures.
• Experience developing scalable Agentic AI solutions and deep technical understanding of agentic patterns, tool/API usage, guardrails, and evaluation pipelines.
• Proven ability to drive the full software development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Expertise in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
• Strong technical judgment with the ability to make informed architectural decisions and trade-offs.
• Demonstrated skills in mentorship, fostering engineering excellence, and guiding technical teams.
• Proficiency in applying model-driven design and cloud computing best practices.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
• 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
• Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

We use a hybrid way of working with primary in-office presence coupled with an optimal mix of virtual presence. We use our campuses to collaborate and be together in person, as business needs require and for development and networking opportunities.
