What you'll do

  • Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable infrastructure, reusable tooling, and AI/ML frameworks aligned with strategic roadmaps.
  • Drive full software development lifecycle across multiple teams, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and real-time data processing.
  • Architect and implement cloud-native distributed systems integrating AI agents and model-driven design to enhance product capabilities.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship, influencing architectural standards and promoting engineering excellence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics.
  • Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and system performance.

The In-Club Engineering team delivers scalable, modular software solutions aligned with business and technical goals. The team focuses on software development, architecture, and continuous integration to build high-quality products. Members collaborate to analyze requirements, design detailed solutions, and uphold coding standards. Emphasizing innovation, system reliability, and risk management, the team fosters a disciplined environment centered on technical excellence, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
  • Proven ability to drive full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, testing, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Expertise in designing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
  • Strong technical judgment with a focus on architectural decision-making and long-term system evolution.
  • Demonstrated leadership in mentoring engineers and influencing cross-team architectural standards.
  • Proficiency in applying model-driven design and leveraging AI agents to enhance development velocity.
  • Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in software engineering or related area.
