About the Role
This role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing memberships and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events. It also includes maintaining facility safety, fulfilling member orders, and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting company products and services, processing memberships and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events.
- Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, and adapting to change.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances.
