About the role
You will develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals.
Responsibilities
- Maintains safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including:
- Conducting safety sweeps
- Following proper forklift spotting procedures
- Handling and disposing of hazardous materials properly
- Following Company steel standard guidelines
- Correcting and reporting unsafe situations to Management
- Fulfills Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by:
- Reviewing orders
- Pulling items from shelves
- Scanning items
- Wrapping and palletizing items
- Ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices
- Securing items until Members arrive
- Following up on out-of-stock merchandise to meet Member needs
- Completes work assignments and priorities by:
- Using policies, data, and resources
- Collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners
- Identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations
- Carrying out tasks and communicating progress and information
- Determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities
- Adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback
- Provides Member service by:
- Acknowledging the Member

- Assisting with purchasing decisions
- Locating merchandise

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
