About the Role
This position focuses on developing and supporting Membership by promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide information on Membership benefits and promote Company products and services.
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and correcting or reporting unsafe situations.
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
- Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying priorities, and adapting to feedback and change.
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting Company products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using related action plans and the Open Door Policy.
- Embrace and promote respect for individual differences, cultures, ideas, and experiences to create an inclusive workplace.
- Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to support a collaborative work environment.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
