About the role

This position supports Membership growth by promoting the value of Sam’s Club products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, processing upgrades, and credit accounts.
• Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items; ensuring order accuracy; securing items until Member arrival; and following up on out-of-stock merchandise.
• Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers; identifying deadlines; communicating progress; and recommending improvements.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy.
• Embrace and promote respect for individual differences, cultures, ideas, and experiences to foster an inclusive workplace.
• Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and motivate teams to support a positive work environment.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.
