About the role
\nThis position supports Membership by promoting the value of Sam's Club products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals.
\n\nResponsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop and support Membership by providing information on benefits, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. \n
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. \n
- Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. \n
- Complete work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, and customers, identifying priorities, and adapting to feedback and change. \n
- Provide Member service by acknowledging Members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting products and services. \n
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy. \n
- Embrace diversity, foster an inclusive workplace, and support associate development and recognition. \n
- Act with integrity, maintain high ethical standards, and support Walmart’s goal of becoming a regenerative company. \n

Pay
\nThe hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
