About the role

Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area, ensuring member service, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Assign duties, communicate goals, and provide feedback to associates to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
  • Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
  • Support Sam’s Club ecommerce operations, including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, by auditing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends.
  • Supervise associates supporting ecommerce programs by training, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage at pickup locations.
  • Execute the Sam’s Club Pickup plan by monitoring key performance indicators, auditing orders, maintaining equipment, and evaluating CPU performance.
  • Support projects to improve CPU efficiencies by leveraging KPIs, modeling best practices, and implementing process improvements.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging members, addressing needs, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
  • Ensure sales floor and merchandise presentation comply with company policies, including handling claims, stocking, pricing, and securing high-shrink items.
  • Oversee the picking and staging of club pickup orders according to company procedures.
  • Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders and monitoring progress.
  • Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
  • Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, and supporting adaptability to change.
  • Embrace diversity, foster inclusion, and mentor associates to strengthen team performance.
  • Act with integrity by maintaining ethical standards, accountability, and transparency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
