About the role
Assists management with the supervision of associates in the assigned area, ensuring member service, safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assign duties, communicate goals, and provide feedback to associates to ensure alignment with company guidelines.
- Maintain facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift and hazardous materials procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions.
- Support Sam’s Club ecommerce operations, including Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, by auditing customer feedback, resolving complaints, and identifying trends.
- Supervise associates supporting ecommerce programs by training, assigning duties, and ensuring coverage at pickup locations.
- Execute the Sam’s Club Pickup plan by monitoring key performance indicators, auditing orders, maintaining equipment, and evaluating CPU performance.
- Support projects to improve CPU efficiencies by leveraging KPIs, modeling best practices, and implementing process improvements.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, addressing needs, resolving issues, and promoting products and services.
- Ensure sales floor and merchandise presentation comply with company policies, including handling claims, stocking, pricing, and securing high-shrink items.
- Oversee the picking and staging of club pickup orders according to company procedures.
- Develop, communicate, and implement processes to meet business needs by collaborating with stakeholders and monitoring progress.
- Demonstrate and promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity standards.
- Lead and participate in teams by sharing resources, coordinating work, and supporting adaptability to change.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if hired.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums may apply (ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour) based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
