Position Summary

Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates, providing direction and guidance, and resolving member complaints and issues.

What you'll do...

• Supports the Sams Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations, auditing online customer feedback, and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling, disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Supports the Sams Club Pickup plan by updating Club operations with key performance indicators, auditing customer orders, ensuring fulfillment, maintaining equipment availability, and evaluating performance.
• Trains and provides resources to associates to meet store needs, evaluates performance, and implements process improvements.
• Ensures maintenance of the sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning areas, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, and removing damaged goods.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by analyzing information, monitoring progress, and addressing improvement opportunities.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and compliance, modeling the Walmart values, and supporting the company's goal of becoming a regenerative company.

Competitive Pay and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
