(USA) Personal Shopper Lead - Sam's

Position Summary

Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, training associates on processes and procedures, providing direction and guidance, and resolving member complaints and issues.

What you'll do...

• Supports the Sams Club ecommerce plan by overseeing operations, auditing online customer feedback, and resolving customer complaints.
• Serves as a point person for the Sams Club Pickup plan, managing operations, auditing customer orders, ensuring fulfillment accuracy, and maintaining equipment availability.
• Trains and provides resources to associates for the Sams Club Pickup location, evaluating performance, and implementing process improvements.
• Ensures the safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following procedures for forklift spotting and handling, and disposing of hazardous materials.
• Supports projects to improve Sams Club Pickup efficiencies by leveraging key performance indicators and leading process improvement initiatives.
• Supports member service by acknowledging member needs, providing guidance, and resolving issues, while promoting the company’s products and services.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandise presentation by handling claims and returns, zoning the area, stocking, arranging, and organizing merchandise, setting up, cleaning, and organizing product displays, and removing damaged goods.
• Develops, communicates, and implements processes and practices to meet business needs by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining and promoting the highest standards of ethics and integrity, modeling the Walmart values, and supporting the company’s goal of becoming a regenerative company.
