Position Summary
TourToTeach, a leader in retail operations, seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to lead and develop teams within our stores. This role involves teaching training, actively listening to associates, providing feedback, and leading company change efforts.
What you'll do...
- Tour stores and provide feedback to associates, focusing on store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
- Collaborate with all levels of associates to communicate and implement business solutions, ensuring clear expectations and guidance.
- Model exceptional customer service standards by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model, managing customer service initiatives, and resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating Profit & Loss (PL) statements, managing budgets, forecasting, and controlling expenses, ensuring they align with sales goals, and implementing action plans to mitigate shrinkage and improve sales and profit.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and fostering a belonging mindset.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and building accountability for achieving results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Walmart mission, values, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans, utilizing the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on business processes and practices.
- Respect individuals by building high-performing teams, embracing differences, and creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay and Schedule
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses, regional pay zone (RPZ), complex structure, and state pay differential.
Qualifications
For facilities that sell firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training is required. For facilities that sell only ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
