Position Summary

TourToTeach, driving financial performance and sales, supervises and develops teams, provides exceptional customer service, ensures compliance with company policies, and offers various benefits.

What you'll do...

  • Tour stores and provide feedback to associates, teaching and actively listening to improve store operations.
  • Collaborate with all levels of associates regarding merchandising, company direction, and change efforts.
  • Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service standards, resolving customer needs, complaints, and issues.
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and Community Outreach Programs.
  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements, manage budgets, forecast, and control expenses to align with sales goals.
  • Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Supervise and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments, developing relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and building accountability for results.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and regional pay zone (RPZ) and complex structure differentials, where applicable.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
