(USA) Member Specialist

Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures by handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging members, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and locating merchandise.
• Maintains self-checkout area by resolving member issues, promoting Sam's Club products and services, guiding members on self-service technology, processing purchases, and assisting with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies.
• Secures and safeguards Sam's Club assets by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with security and safety practices.
• Assists in training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes, new technology, program rollouts, and continuous learning opportunities.
• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity using the Open Door Policy and applying these in business processes.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers and coworkers, identifying priorities, communicating progress, and adapting to feedback.

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage for the job location. Additional premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
