What you'll do
- Manage multiple operational work streams by designing project plans, organizing timelines, and facilitating stakeholder meetings to implement initiatives effectively.
- Develop and communicate project requirements, status updates, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery and corrective actions.
- Analyze data to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and support decision-making aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
- Drive execution of strategies to meet performance metrics while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
About the team
The Walmart+ Risk & Payments team safeguards the Walmart+ membership by ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable customer interactions. Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Operations, Analytics, and Customer Care, the team balances growth, customer experience, and risk management. It develops strategies, processes, and controls to maintain payment integrity, prevent fraud, and support new member experiences. This highly collaborative team works across the Walmart ecosystem to drive sustainable growth, maintain trust, and deliver value to members through effective project and operations management, clear communication, adaptability, and accountability.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Economics
- Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Stock
