USA-Maintenance Worker II (Engineering)

Job Description

Pay: $40-46 an hr based on experience
5 Month Assignment possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and budget
Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP regulated facility
• Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems
• Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms
• Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• Perform both preventative and corrective maintenance tasks
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements
• Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation
• Apply strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues
• Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed
• Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in commercial/industrial/warehouse/or manufacturing HVAC role
• Experience with AHUs, Chillers, Boilers, and cleanroom HVAC settings
• Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation
• HVAC certification is preferred
