Position Summary

You’ll assemble management plans, track changes, resolve critical issues, manage project plans, monitor budgets, and present project updates.

What you'll do...

• Oversee multiple projects by defining scope and objectives
• Lead a team
• Manage store operations
• Assemble management plans
• Track changes to plans and ensure resolution of critical issues
• Manage the governance of project plans
• Maintain and monitor budgets and costs for projects
• Deliver presentations, status reports, and other project documentation to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field and 3 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area
• OR 5 years’ experience in facilities management, construction management, mechanical maintenance, engineering, or related area
• EPA 608 Certification within 90 days of hire

• Working on cross-functional teams or projects
