Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles club pick-up orders by picking, staging, and auditing orders for accuracy.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper inventory flow and following company policy.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations and reports unsafe conditions.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Respects individuals by embracing diversity, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.

Pay Range
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*
The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
