Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Manages inventory by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Processes defective merchandise and follows company and regulatory policies and procedures for sanitation and food safety.
- Monitors the area for shrink security risks and safety.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels in assigned areas.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met. Minimum Qualifications: 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification. Minimum Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older.
