(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles club pick-up orders by assisting with picking and staging merchandise, ensuring products are selected and staged according to company policy, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
• Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities and problems, and takes steps to fix them.
• Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, manages inventory flow, and completes and retains required paperwork and logs.
• Ensures merchandise is displayed properly and removed damaged or out-of-date goods, sets up, cleans, and organizes product displays, and monitors for shrink security risks and safety.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reports poor or unsafe conditions or practices, and ensures products are organized and stocked in correct ways.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
