Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and maintaining instock levels.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, demonstrating courage and resilience, and supporting the company's regenerative goals.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact of work on team performance.

- Manages forklifts and operates them safely, reporting poor or unsafe conditions or practices.
- Proactively identifies and engages customers needing help, assisting them with technology services and items.
- Maintains and organizes equipment, ensuring products are stocked and organized correctly.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining instock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels in assigned areas.
- Models and helps others with technology services.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.

Hourly Wage Range
The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
