(USA) Freight Flow Associate
Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring efficient inventory flow.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.
- Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and demonstrating resilience.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
