Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Operates forklifts safely and follows company guidelines.
• Completes work assignments and prioritizes tasks effectively.
• Manages inventory flow and maintains safety in the facility.
• Provides member service, resolves issues, and promotes company products and services.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely.
• Uses inventory tools and equipment correctly.
• Identifies and reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
• Proactively identifies customers needing help and assists them with technology services.
• Maintains and repairs equipment.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and merchandise is staged correctly.
• Processes defective merchandise and monitors for shrinkage and security risks.
• Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
• Models and helps others with technology services.
• Works as a team, builds strong relationships, and communicates positively.
• Respects individuals, embraces differences, and fosters a culture of belonging.
• Acts with integrity, maintains high standards of ethics and compliance, and supports Walmarts regenerative goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
