Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions to management.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and reports shrink opportunities and problems.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Manages inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, and reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
- Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and demonstrating courage and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
