Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and models and helps others with technology services.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods in a safe and correct manner, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick-up orders throughout the day and staging merchandise.
- Performs occasional audits for accuracy and reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Reports forklifts that are not in proper working order to management.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
