(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reporting poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, and models and helps others with technology services.
• Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Handles merchandise moves and displays goods in a safe and correct manner, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking club pick-up orders throughout the day and staging merchandise.
• Performs occasional audits for accuracy and reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
• Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
• Reports forklifts that are not in proper working order to management.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
