(USA) Freight Flow Associate

Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and adheres to company standards.
• Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
• Manages inventory flow, merchandises working inventory, and corrects shelf capacities.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
• Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracks goods, and maintains instock levels.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates.
• Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, holding oneself and others accountable, and acting selflessly.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact of work on team goals.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.

Pay and Benefits

The hourly wage range for this position is $21.00 to $29.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
