Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments.

- Manages inventory flow and maintains safety.

- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and merchandise is staged correctly.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low instock levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner.
- Identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe manner.
- Handles defective merchandise according to company and regulatory policies.
- Monitors the area for shrink security risks and safety.
- Operates and maintains technology services proactively.
- Models and helps others with technology services.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.

Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
