Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Operates forklifts safely, picking up, moving, placing, and positioning merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding, supporting, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking, rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, and ensuring proper zoning.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor practices.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing orders.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics, complying with Walmart values, and holding oneself and others accountable.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact of work on team goals.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
