(USA) Freight Flow Associate
Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking inventory levels and controlling shrinkage.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely, reports poor inventory practices, and performs audits for accuracy.
- Forklift Operations: Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and follows company steel standard guidelines.
- Technology: Identifies and assists customers with technology services, models technology services, and identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems.
- Respect the Individual: Embraces differences, fosters a culture of belonging, and supports the team through development and mentoring.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
