About the role

This role involves complying with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, operating a forklift, receiving and stocking merchandise, providing member service, maintaining the sales floor and merchandising presentation, and ensuring safety of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise and supplies
• Provide member service, including guidance and support
• Maintain the sales floor and merchandising presentation
• Ensure safety of the facility, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations
• Fill club pick up orders and stage products according to company policy and procedures
• Handle and display goods in a safe and correct manner
• Track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage
• Report poor inventory practices and low in-stock levels
• Use inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner
• Proactively identify customers who need help with technology services and assist them
• Model and help others with technology services
• Identify shrink opportunities and problems and take steps to fix them
• Maintain equipment and ensure products are organized and stocked correctly

Requirements

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Pay

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
