Responsibilities
- Operates forklift following company standards and guidelines to safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise pallets.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; and adapting to change and feedback.
- Receives, stocks, and organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers by managing inventory flow, following company policies, utilizing equipment appropriately, and completing required documentation.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, offering guidance on self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services.
- Maintains facility safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, correcting unsafe situations, and reporting issues to management.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, setting up displays, processing defective merchandise, and monitoring shrink and security risks.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with order picking, staging products according to company policy, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles inventory by moving and displaying goods safely, tracking stock levels, controlling shrinkage, and reporting poor inventory practices or low stock levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely, reports unsafe conditions, and notifies management of equipment issues.
- Proactively assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, maintains equipment, and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.

Requirements
- 90 days of prior experience with forklift certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, such as based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
