Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory management.
- Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and maintaining inventory levels.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, reports poor inventory practices, and monitors shrinkage risks.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and takes steps to fix problems.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper merchandising and safety standards are met.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Pay and Benefits
Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
