Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

  • Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
  • Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
  • Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
  • Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
  • Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and displaying merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory management.
  • Handles merchandise moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
  • Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly, reports poor inventory practices, and monitors shrinkage risks.
  • Operates and maintains forklifts safely and correctly, reports poor or unsafe conditions, and performs occasional audits for accuracy.
  • Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services, identifies shrink opportunities, and takes steps to fix problems.
  • Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper merchandising and safety standards are met.
  • Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
  • Strives for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and demonstrating courage and resilience.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience.
  • Retail Experience.
  • Supervising a team.

Pay and Benefits

Hourly wage range: $19.00 to $27.00*

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
