Position Summary
Directs heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, and critical power maintenance and service operations.
Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects.
Oversees execution of sustainability initiatives to meet Environmental Protection Agency compliance programs.
Manages complex projects.
Ensures business needs are being met.

Maintains project oversight.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration industry laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates.
What you'll do...
- Evaluates current and future projects; examines facility needs; evaluates equipment needs; identifies equipment to increase efficiency; directs temperature adjustment; analyzes systems and load requirements to determine setback modes for energy reduction; evaluates air flow and humidity needs; ensures functioning of facility systems; develops standard operating procedures; and establishes facility maintenance inspections and preventive maintenance programs.
- Identifies customer and operational needs; develops and communicates business plans and priorities; removes barriers and obstacles that impact performance; provides resources; identifies performance standards; measures progress and adjusts performance accordingly; develops contingency plans; and demonstrates adaptability and supports continuous learning.
- Reviews project schedules; resolves issues from vendors, service providers, and contractors regarding scope of work; and provides technical training.
- Determines work assignment priority; plans work assignments; develops and maintains workforce and manpower needs; supervises work in progress; inspects completed assignments; creates punch lists to document discrepancies; ensures completion of projects and assignments; and verifies and approves material requisitions and timecards.
