Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Field Safety Execution team, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive field safety strategies, driving continuous improvement through key performance indicators and metrics.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to enhance safety practices and address stakeholder concerns.
- Direct process improvement initiatives by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices to optimize safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Foster talent development through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Promote integrity and compliance by embedding ethical standards into all safety programs and practices.
Requirements
- Certification as a Safety Professional with extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS).
- Proven expertise in risk analysis, safety audits, and behavior-based safety programs.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic field safety initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Experience in defining and measuring key performance indicators to drive continuous safety improvements.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies including Pareto analysis and gap assessments.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal, occupational health and safety, communications, or related area and 5 years’ experience in safety management or program management.
- 3 years’ experience in a leadership or managerial role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related area.
- Walmart experience in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, or Finance, including at least 2 years’ experience in a role requiring strategy development.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and stock for certain positions.
