Position Summary

Coordinates job-related activities and assignments, supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Supports recruitment and development of qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential.
  • Supervises and develops associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong relationships, communicates with impact, and motivates and influences others.
  • Attracts and retains the best talent, empowers and develops talent, and recognizes others' contributions and accomplishments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
  • For facilities selling firearms, successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
  • For facilities selling only ammunition and state-specific requirements, a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Additional Compensation

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
  • Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
  • State Pay Differential (additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable).

Minimum Salary Range

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00
